Since The Pixelist wasn't around last holiday to help me show off my creations, I'm excited to share the things I made and sold last year on Etsy during my brief and scary time of unemployment. You may have seen some of my ornaments on Reddit and other places of the internet, but the item I want to share today is new to the shop this holiday and only available until January.

Shovel Knight is a Kickstarter game, funded in April of 2013, released for the PC, 3DS and Wii U. The Kickstarter campaign was wildly successful by capitalizing on the internet’s nostalgia and love for the classic action platformers of their childhood.
I was once washed in the warm glow of Nintendo’s flashing images of yesteryear; yet I have never held a candle for what was lost. And at the start Shovel Knight I was determined to force the brave crusader of excavation to stand on his own, in today’s modern gaming environment, without the support from his friends from the past.
